2. Monthly Subscription & Recurring Services

• For recurring IT support and managed service plans, clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

• Partial-month refunds are not provided for recurring services already delivered during the active billing period.

3. Unfulfilled Services

• If Vertex Advisory Group LLC is unable to deliver the contracted service or scope of work due to technical limitations on our end, a full or prorated refund will be issued to the client's original payment method within 7–14 business days.
